Geraldine McElduf

Geraldine is a business studies graduate from the University of Ulster who joined the Silicon Photonics group in 2015 as Project Administrator for the programme grant ‘Silicon Photonics for Future Systems’ (SPFS). Geraldine achieved Prince2 Practitioner status in 2011 and was responsible for the implementation of a number of high profile local government contracts with spend in excess of £7m per annum. With a background in HR, supply chain management and project management in both the public and private sector, Geraldine uses her knowledge and experience to ensure that the SPFS grant is effectively administered and in addition provides general administrative support to the group.

Sue started work as project support for the Silicon Photonics group in January 2017 covering maternity leave until December 2017. She joins us from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada where she worked as a Change Management Specialist in the Quality and Methods department. She developed her skills of change management, project development, office and administrative management via a very diverse background. She has worked in a variety of organizations such as an aerospace company, national defence, banking, telecommunications and tourism to a Chamber of Commerce. Sue brings a willingness to work hard, passion towards the role, ability to multitask, self-motivation, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
